Harmen De Jong

MANAGING PARTNER

Harmen is a Senior Advisor at TCN GCC and a Partner in Knight Frank’s Development Consultancy service line. He has advised Clients on optimum investment strategies pertaining to capital projects with a combined value of over USD 100 Bn. in geographic markets such as the Middle East, Asia, CIS, and South America on behalf of investment funds, real estate developers and hotel management companies.
He has been based in the Middle East since 2006 and has been involved in a number of large scale mixed-use projects with leading real estate developers and (semi) government authorities.

His strengths include real estate development strategy, feasibility assessments, highest and best use analyses and he is a well-versed financial modeler. The size of projects he has advised on vary from standalone hotel resorts to large townships with an anticipated population in excess of 30,000 inhabitants. His key responsibility with TCN is to grow the firm’s Development Management service line in the region. In addition to Dutch, his mother tongue, he is proficient in German and Indonesian.

Mohammad Alghmdi

Mohammad Alghamdi is a real estate development specialist and licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism. He has advised investors and developers on maximising project profitability and sustainability through design optimisation, value engineering, and development strategies for projects across Saudi Arabia and the United States.

At TCN GCC, Mohammad oversees the delivery of engineering and development management services for clients across Saudi Arabia, supporting projects aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. His expertise spans commercial real estate development, redevelopment, development management, mixed-use projects, placemaking, urbanism, smart cities, and real estate technology. He combines technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver practical, value-driven solutions throughout the development lifecycle.

Kaveh Samsamy

Senior Advisor

Kaveh is a Senior Advisor at TCN GCC and responsible for the Development Management service line. He has delivered projects totaling over USD 2.5 Bn. in gross development value for blue-chip international real estate developers in various GCC markets. He has extensive knowledge in master-planned mixed-use communities, high-density residential developments, and greenfield residential villa community projects.

His key responsibility with TCN is to execute the firm’s development advisory projects and serve as point-of-contact to Clients in the region, providing strategic development advisory services with a Client-side business approach. Kaveh holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with a concentration in international development.
